Dimitris Katrivesis welcomed renowned chefs from abroad in his kitchen in a series of gastronomic and culinary meeting at Fuga restaurant. Two Michelin-star awarded Akrame Benallal, the patron chef’s first guest created an impressive 8-course menu with Thesauri caviar on Thursday 20th December 2018 when he opened the event “Jam sessions in kuzina”.
