Scallops with caviar

Ιngredients (to serve 2 persons)

  • 500 gr scallops
  • 2tbs butter
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • 50gr Ossetra caviar
  • 2 tbs finely chopped parsley or chives
Thoroughly clean and dry the scallops. Heat the butter and olive oil in a deep frying pan. Add the garlic clove to extract its aroma.
Sauté the scallops for no more than 2-3 minutes on each side so they remain tender. Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve on a platter and garnish with half a teaspoon of Ossetra caviar along with the parsley or chives. Accompany with grilled or boiled vegetables as a side.
